Age Restriction & Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to participate on Taka Website is 18. This is not a flexible condition — it is a strict rule that we enforce through technical measures.

• No one under the age of 18 may register under any circumstances.
• Providing false information about your age will result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.
• Taka Website may request a national ID or other documents for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Financial transactions on Taka Website are processed via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Key Terms

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirement has been fully met.

General Bonus Policy

• If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.

Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka Website. If any are detected, the account will be immediately terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Operating an account using a false identity or misleading information.
• Interfering with the system through hacking, viruses, or any other technical means.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Knowingly exploiting system bugs or glitches.
• Harassing or insulting other members or staff.
• Copying or distributing platform content without permission.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Taka Website places responsible gaming at the heart of everything we do. We want our members to play for fun — not out of compulsion.

• You can set your own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• You can choose to temporarily suspend your account (from 7 days up to 6 months) or close it permanently.

Account Suspension & Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Equally, Taka Website reserves the right to close an account under certain circumstances.

• Any pending bets and bonuses will be settled before the account is closed.
• Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment account.

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• In cases of fraud or illegal activity, deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be closed with prior notice.

Changes & Updates to Terms
